**Proyecto**

El departamento de Learning & Development, necesita incorporar a una persona en su equipo, para para cubrir una baja de interinidad.

Tus principales responsabilidades serán:

- Gestión equipo externalizado para asegurar la calidad del servicio y resolución de problemas a los que no alcance dicho equipo externo. Los servicios a asegurar son: que se dispone de todos los pedidos antes del inicio de cada formación, facturación en plazo, buzón de correo de asistencia a los empleados, escalación de problemas/decisiones, anticipación de servicio asegurando que disponemos de la información/pases/recursos para la impartición de las formaciones de las próximas X semanas, etc.
- Seguimiento del servicio con coordinador empresa que gestiona los servicios externalizados
- Apoyo al equipo interno en el cambio de rol

Otras responsabilidades adicionales:

- Planificación de la formación (gestión de los cursos, logística de aulas y relación de proveedores).
- Gestión de plataforma e-learning corporativa (LMS): Success Factors carga de cursos, inscripciones, reporting...)
- Gestión de incidencias y soporte en el despliegue/lanzamientos de cursos
- Detección de necesidades y análisis de las mismas.
- Gestión y coordinación de la efectividad de la formación
- Preparación de comunicaciones internas con las diferentes área de la compañía.
- KPI's (creación, diseño mantenimiento de dashboards en PowerBI)

Requisitos mínimos

**Requisitos deseados**:

- Grado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y/o estudios similares (valorable master o posgrado relacionado con el área de formación)
- Nível de inglés B2.
- Expertx en gestión de formación Conocimientos de Success Factors módulo Learning & Development
- Conocimientos proceso de bonificación FUNDAE deseable a través del aplicativo Iformalia de Innopulse.
- Capacidad de gestionar equipo externo/interno
- Capacidad de resolución de problemas
- Visión crítica y flexibilidad para implementar cambios
- Capacidad de análisis y organización
- Proactividad y autonomía
