What you will be doing
As a Sales Support Analyst, you will be responsible for strategic pricing requests and proposals for WEMEA (Western Europe, Middle East, and Africa) and provide the appropriate support to Sales Executives and Management within the region. This can include reporting, presentation, commercial offer documents, marketing, and research.
What you'll be doing: Quotations: Handle quotation process (Pricing, shipments routing, packaging) for RFQs.
Manage RFPs and special projects in the region.
Work with SMEs, opportunity owners, core team, pricing team, and management to provide the best offer/solution and discounting.
Follow up on quotations and customer engagement.
Leads assignment.

Reports and Presentations: Customer billing reports.
Client business review presentations.
Sales.

Force Database Management.
What your background should look like Knowledge & Skills:
Professional and confident presentation skills.
Proficiency with working tools such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Fluency in English.
Strong communication skills - both verbal and written.
Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
Able to provide relevant ad-hoc information on request.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: Level of higher education (in international business, transport, sales, or equivalent would be an advantage).
