Job Overview We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our team as a Freelance Recruiter (Non-IT).
This role involves sourcing and hiring top talent for various non-IT roles within our organization.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Note: This is a commission-only opportunity, no basic salary can be offered for this role.
Key Responsibilities of a Freelance Recruiter (Non-IT) Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of non-IT positions.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team needs.
Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from posting job ads to extending job offers.
Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Essential Skills and Qualifications for a Freelance Recruiter (Non-IT) Proven experience in recruiting for non-IT roles.
Fluent in English (B2/C1) , any additional European language will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of various recruitment techniques and channels .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess candidates' skills, qualifications , and fit for the company culture .
High level of organizational skills and attention to detail .
Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems ( ATS ).
Self-motivated , goal-oriented , and able to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Self-employed and able to invoice.
