As an Italian Speaking Freelance Recruiter, you will have the opportunity to utilize your language skills to attract Italian-speaking candidates and effectively communicate with them. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting interviews, assessing candidate skills and qualifications, and presenting the best candidates to the employers.
Responsibilities
- Identify and attract Italian-speaking candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Conduct phone and video interviews with potential candidates to evaluate their qualifications and fit for specific job openings.
- Assess candidate resumes, portfolios, and applications to determine their suitability for available positions.
- Collaborate with employers to understand their hiring needs and develop a deep knowledge of the job requirements.
- Match candidates with employers based on their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a remote team.
