Over 5000 businesses, almost 2 million shoppers, and 300+ employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.7/5.About the roleAs a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and developing key messaging, content, and positioning for new product launches, new feature releases, and go-to-market strategies.What you'll do- Help define and develop the product positioning, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for one or more new products.- Support new product development from concept to launch, representing the voice of the customer and translating technical details into benefits for the merchant.- Research, research, and research Follow and analyze market trends, product value propositions, gaps, etc. to position products and write impactful and engaging content.- Contribute actively to our website, blog, and content strategy.- Ideate new campaigns, draft emails, videos, and presentations.- Enable our Sales team to confidently present our brand and product.
