.Founded in 2019, Qualifyze is a leading company in supply chain compliance management in the Life Sciences industry, trusted by over 1,200 pharmaceutical and healthcare companies globally.Our digital suite of solutions connects manufacturers, suppliers, and a global network of more than 250 auditors and quality experts.With a track record of over 3,000 audits across 85+ countries and the largest and most accurate supplier network and data analytics tools, Qualifyze stands as the all-in-one partner for quality compliance and supply chain risk mitigation in the Life Sciences sector.After securing a series-B funding in September 2024, Qualifyze is now focused on expanding to the US market.We're seeking a Pharma Digital Supply Chain Product Manager who will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Design, and Marketing, to define and prioritize product features, drive roadmap execution, and ensure alignment with customer needs and business goals.Product Managers balance Discovery, Delivery, and broader Collaboration & Communication activities.Main Responsibilities:- Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product vision and create a strategy to achieve key objectives aligned with company goals, ensuring that priorities meet customer needs and market opportunities.- Product Roadmap, Feature Prioritization & Development: Work with Engineering and Design teams to prioritize and deliver product features, balancing customer value, business viability, technical feasibility, and customer usability.- Customer Insights & Feedback: Gather customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and analytics to inform product decisions and enhance user experience.- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success/Quality to ensure product-market fit, launch readiness, and post-launch performance tracking.- Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and KPIs to monitor product performance, track feature adoption, and drive continuous improvements to meet business objectives.Job Requirements:- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in software or technology-focused products.- Experience in the pharmaceutical and life sciences industry, primarily within B2B or enterprise environments.- Strong technical understanding and ability to work effectively with engineering and design teams.- Strong analytical skills.- Business-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate complex technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.- Based in or willing to travel to Barcelona or Frankfurt offices at least once a month.What Do We Offer?- Flexible schedules throughout the year.- Flexible compensation plan in restaurant/transportation/nursery vouchers.- 25 days of holidays (upgradable to 27 after 2 years and 30 after 4 years in the company).- Health insurance policy with Assistència Sanitària, with the option to add family members.- Wellhub wellbeing platform membership
