.En ING buscamos Payments Expert Su función y entorno de trabajo: Estamos buscando un/a Experto/a en pagos talentoso y entusiasta para unirse a nuestro equipo de la Unidad de Expertos en Sistemas de Pago de la Tribu de Banca Central y Clientes . La responsabilidad de este equipo es el desarrollo y control de los procesos de compensación y tesorería, enfocados al Customer Journey E2E, desde asegurar el correcto funcionamiento del proceso y continuar en la experiencia del cliente con el propósito de manejar las operaciones diarias, el proceso y la entrega para nuestros clientes minoristas de una manera simple y eficiente. El papel de las personas en un equipo de operaciones de pago es multifacético y requiere experiencia en cumplimiento, gestión de riesgos, eficiencia de procesamiento, servicio al cliente, colaboración y mejora continua. Sus principales responsabilidades: Como experto en sistemas de pago, usted: Tener un profundo conocimiento de las regulaciones de pago y los requisitos de cumplimiento relevantes para las operaciones. Manténgase actualizado sobre los cambios en las regulaciones y asegúrese de que los procesos de pago se adhieran a los estándares legales y reglamentarios. Son competentes en la identificación y mitigación de riesgos asociados con las operaciones de pago, incluidos el fraude, el lavado de dinero y las amenazas de ciberseguridad. Implemente controles y procedimientos sólidos para protegerse contra riesgos potenciales y garantizar la integridad de las transacciones de pago. Son responsables de procesar eficientemente las transacciones de pago, garantizando la precisión, puntualidad y confiabilidad. Tener gran atención al detalle y competencia en el uso de sistemas y herramientas de procesamiento de pagos para agilizar las operaciones. Brindar un excelente servicio al cliente a las partes interesadas internas y externas, abordando consultas, resolviendo problemas y asegurando una experiencia de pago positiva. Colabore estrechamente con otros departamentos, como el negocio minorista, el cumplimiento, la gestión de riesgos y la tecnología, para coordinar esfuerzos y abordar los desafíos de forma colectiva. Utilice una comunicación clara y transparente para garantizar la alineación y la eficiencia dentro del equipo. Están comprometidos con el aprendizaje y la mejora continuos, buscando oportunidades para mejorar los procesos, optimizar los sistemas y agilizar los flujos de trabajo. Participan activamente en programas de capacitación, sesiones de intercambio de conocimientos y actividades de desarrollo profesional para mantenerse actualizado sobre las mejores prácticas de la industria y las tendencias emergentes. Supervisar la calidad del servicio prestado por los proveedores de servicios de pago; supervisar el cumplimiento de estas regulaciones por parte del proveedor para mitigar los riesgos de cumplimiento y garantizar que todas las transacciones cumplan con los estándares legales y reglamentarios
