Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Quality Engineer to join our automotive Tier 1 client´s Quality Assurance team. As a Project Quality Engineer at, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of products and processes from the initial development phase through to mass production. This position demands a comprehensive understanding of automotive quality standards, particularly PPAP, homologation processes, and ANPQP. Fluency in English and the ability to manage both suppliers and customers are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement quality plans for new projects.
Ensure compliance with PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) requirements.
Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality standards are met.
Conduct supplier audits and assessments.
Act as the primary quality contact for customers during project phases.
Address customer quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
Utilize ANPQP (Alliance New Product Quality Procedure) for quality development and improvement.
Implement corrective and preventive actions to resolve quality issues.
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including control plans, FMEAs, and inspection reports.
Work closely with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to ensure quality requirements are met.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality engineering role within the automotive industry.
In-depth knowledge of PPAP, homologation processes, and ANPQP.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient in quality management tools and methodologies (e.g., FMEA, 8D, SPC).
