The objective is to develop & implement a trade & activation plan, following brand objectives & guidelines, as well as trade strategic direction to enhance GFBs brand appeal & increase brand demand in the Andorran market, while building long term business relationship with strategic partners. The position demands a strategic approach and an open mind to create from almost scratch a calendar of activations following the consumer footprint and the trade needs. The role will achieve trial over a 12 month period for the entire JTI Portfolio.What will you do - responsibilities Developing the most adequate face to face program with consumers. Manage an external team of 5 brand ambassadors + temporary team (around 8 people), leading its coordination with the external agency.Planning and coordinate with Field Force and portfolio manager to maximize the quality trial of the adequate brand in each point of sale.Maximizing market coverage to optimize investment return.Managing a consistent brand approach across consumer touch points and ensure correct brand segmentation.Developing and coordinating of an impactful program to ensure partnership relation with the trade.Defining and development training & events. Coordination with field force. Planning + follow up. Agency management.Ensuring best benchmark with other markets, specially Iberian ones.Ensuring programs are delivered at minimum risk to the business within legal and company guidelines at all times.Assessing and evaluates the activations vs set KPI's and targets to determine programs effectivity & efficiency, being adaptable to any directional changes and open to adjust any of the activities to ensure effectiveness is maximized.Providing consistent feedback to Sales & Marketing Managers regarding the success of promotions or negotiated elements
