Your mission What You'll Be Doing As an Ops Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within our marketplace.
Reporting to the VP of Operations, you'll be tasked with contributing to the optimization of key operational processes while collaborating across teams to ensure we deliver exceptional experiences to healthcare institutions and professionals alike.
Process Optimization: Assist in streamlining operational workflows for nurse onboarding, shift fulfillment, and real-time issue resolution.
Data Analysis: Utilize SQL and quantitative methods to analyze operational data, track performance metrics, and identify areas for improvement.
Real-Time Operations: Monitor live operations to ensure seamless shift fulfillment and address any challenges promptly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other functions such as Marketing or Product to reach our operational goals  Quality Assurance: Support in maintaining high standards for nurse quality through robust vetting and onboarding processes.
Reporting: Create and present regular reports on KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities for optimization.
Your profile What We're Looking For We are seeking a driven and analytical individual with a strong background in fast-paced environments.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a high-growth startup setting and be eager to contribute to a purpose-driven mission:  Experience: 4-5 years of work experience divided into:  1–3 years in high-paced environments such as investment banking or consulting.
2–3 years in startups, ideally within operations.
Previous experience in healthcare or operations within a marketplace business is a plus.
Analytical Skills: Quantitative analytical skills and strong data interpretation skills to track KPIs.
Some knowledge of SQL Autonomy & Ownership: A demonstrated ability to take initiative and own operational processes end-to-end, ensuring efficiency and quality in execution.
While leadership experience is a plus, the role emphasizes being proactive, self-motivated, and accountable for delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
