We are looking for a team player with a desire to work in a young and dynamic environment of tourism and hospitality
Responsibilities: Customer Interaction: Interact with customers via phone and email to understand their booking requirements and preferences.
Provide accurate and timely information about available options, pricing, and terms.
Booking Management: Process bookings efficiently using booking systems or software, ensuring accuracy in details such as dates, boat types, amenities, and any special requests.
Reservation Handling: Handle boat reservations, including confirming bookings, issuing booking confirmations, and processing payments or deposits as required.
Sales Assistance: Assist customers in choosing the most suitable options based on their needs and budget, upselling additional services or amenities where appropriate.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the products and services offered, including boat types, facilities, and promotional offers, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service throughout the booking process, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests with care and efficiency.
Requirements: Excellent communication and customer-oriented approach.
Solution and result-driven person.
Flexible, easygoing, and adaptable team player with a positive 'can-do attitude'.
Fluent in English + Polish (extra points if you know another language).
