Having experienced significant growth and navigated recent market changes, we are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Team Leader to drive our B2C course sales and optimize our sales funnel.

Role Overview:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for leading, motivating, and developing our B2C sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for our online and bootcamp courses.
This role requires a hands-on leader who can both strategize and execute, with a strong focus on improving conversion rates, optimizing the sales process, and fostering a high-performance sales culture.
The Sales Team Leader will drive high-ticket B2C course sales through aconsultative approach, building strong relationships with prospective students and guiding them through a considered decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective B2C sales strategies focusing onconsultative selling and relationship buildingfor high-ticket online and bootcamp courses.
Set ambitious yet achievable sales targets for the team and individual sales representatives.
Monitor sales performance closely, analyze metrics (e.g., conversion rates, CAC, lead quality), and implement corrective actions as needed.
Identify new sales opportunities and market trends within the online education sector.
Team Leadership & Development:Lead, mentor, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential.
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
Foster a positive, collaborative, and results-driven sales environment.
Participate in the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members as needed.
Sales Process Optimization:Streamline and improve the existing sales funnel and processes to enhance efficiency and conversion rates.
Manage thefull sales cycle for high-value leads, from initial contact and needs assessment to negotiation and close.
Ensure effective lead management, qualification, and follow-up.
Leverage CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track progress, analyze data, and report on sales activities.
Collaboration:Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, improve lead quality, and optimize advertising spend ROI.
Collaborate with the Product/Program team to provide market feedback and identify opportunities for new course development or existing course improvements.
Report regularly to the CEO on sales performance, forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For:
Experience:Minimum of5+ years of experience in high-ticket B2C sales or B2B sales, with a proven track record of exceeding targets.
At least 2-3 years in a leadership or senior sales role, managing or mentoring a sales team.
Experience in theonline education, EdTech, or digital services industry is highly preferred.
Demonstrable experience inimproving sales conversion rates and optimizing sales processes.
Proven experience inconsultative selling, managing complex sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.
Skills:Strong leadership and team-building abilities, with a focus on coaching and motivation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Exceptionalconsultative sales skills, with the ability to understand complex customer needs and present tailored solutions.
Strong negotiation and objection handling skills characteristic of high-value sales.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to interpret sales metrics and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in CRM software (HubSpot experience is a plus).
Fluent inEnglish and Spanish (both spoken and written)is essential.

What We Offer:
A competitive base salary(€30,000 - €40,000 gross annual)commensurate with experience.
