Mission As an International Senior Recruiter in BlueQuo, you'll showcase a track record of excellence in recruiting diverse roles, with a specialized emphasis on the dynamic marketing and media sectors spanning various geographical regions.

Your collaborative nature and entrepreneurial drive will fuel your ability to achieve outstanding outcomes. By leveraging your expertise, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying top talent to fuel the ambitious growth objectives of leading companies in the global media and advertising market.

Job Functions In this role, you will lead the charge in identifying, attracting, and selecting top-tier marketing and media professionals on a global scale. Working closely with our clients, you'll spearhead the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the perfect fit for their business. 

Leveraging AI-driven tools alongside your own expertise, you'll uphold the highest standards in candidate evaluation, facilitate offer negotiations, and foster strong relationships with both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities :

Talent Identification: Proactively source and cultivate a pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with our clients' needs, anticipating future talent requirements.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies tailored to our clients' business objectives, focusing on key roles such as Social Media, Influencer Marketing, Brand Management, and Performance.
Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, offer market insights, and ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Client Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers, delivering exceptional support, addressing concerns, and nurturing strong partnerships.
Sourcing and Recruitment: Utilize diverse sourcing methods to attract Marketing and Media professionals, overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle from screening to selection.
Reporting: Generate comprehensive reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates, and quality of hires.
Candidate Experience: Proactively engage with top-tier talent across various channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, and industry events.
Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing and promoting both BlueQuo's and our clients' employer brands.
Proposal of Additional Services: Identify opportunities for process improvements and value-added services that benefit both clients and the company. Requirements +7 years of proven talent acquisition track-record Solid background conducting sourcing strategies, interviews, assessing candidates, and making data-driven hiring decisions. International recruiting experience Background recruiting Media & Advertising profiles Proficient in Google Suite Hands-on approach with problem solving mindset Adaptability & agility attitude Languages Department Talent Acquisition
Reports CPO
Academic Background Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
