We will consider applicants with, at least, 3 years of experience in sourcing Design and develop sourcing strategies Carry out powerful sourcing work by getting candidates through social networks, networks, job fairs, job advertisements, employee references. Generate Database of Potential Collaborators (Hunting in the network and with direct contact) Carry out the screening of the candidates making reports and recommendations Conduct initial communication with candidates Provide an exceptional candidate experience, regardless of the outcome of their application Track data on sourcing activity and funnel, generate a report, and propose new actions to achieve the objectives set.
