Junior Financial Accountant- Accounts PayableEbury Central Malaga Office - 4 days a week office based working (1 day from home office)As a Junior Financial Accountant- Accounts Payable, you will work in the Finance - Accounts Payable - department in the firm's Central Málaga office.The RoleWorking as part of the Finance team from our offices in central Málaga you will be responsible for processing, verifying and reconciling invoices plus making payments and controlling expenses by receiving payments.This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing, international company in a role that offers professional growth and career progression.If you want to develop your professional career in Finance and join an international environment, this is your place. Ready to join the revolution?Responsibilities:Completing payments by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoicesPaying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecksManaging all vendor queries regarding financeReconciling processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.Maintaining accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reportsCross-departmental projectsCollaborate in the audit processRequirements:At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts PayableUniversity degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics or similarAdvanced user of Microsoft Excel and ERP (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP and NAV)English (C1), Spanish (C1), other languages are a plusDesired skills:Detail-oriented, professional attitude and highly reliableStrong skills in problem-solving, basic accounting principles, teamwork, documentation, data analysis and multi-taskingAbility to work in a fast-paced environment#LI-LK1#LI-ONSITE#J-18808-Ljbffr
