Junior Payroll Accountant - (Málaga)

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare accounting files, records, and schedules.
  • Support the month end activities, bookings, reconciliation and reporting.
  • Ensure employee salaries are transferred to respective bank accounts in a timely manner.
  • Provide outside auditors with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual audit.
  • Assist with completing process documentation as necessary to ensure consistent execution of daytoday activities.
  • Flexibility/willingness to work on special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong operational accounting and reconciliation skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with strong social skills and work with crossfunctional teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to analyse large amounts of data.
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • C1 English level.
