Manager of Supply Sales - Remote Join our Natus Sensory Team as a Manager of Supply Sales and be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing cutting-edge solutions to hearing and balance care professionals. SUMMARY: Natus Medical is seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager of Supply Sales to join our team. This is a unique inside sales position where the manager will be responsible for selling supplies to Newborn Care Professionals and Hearing and Balance Professionals. In addition to sales responsibilities, the manager will play a crucial role in building a department to hire and train additional sales representatives in the future. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Leadership: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives. Drive sales of supplies such as probe tips, cables, electrodes, and other accessories related to newborn hearing screening, vision screening, and jaundice management, as well as audiometers, otoscopes, probe mic measurement, and earmold scanning equipment. Identify key customers and growth opportunities within the target market segments. Implement sales processes to effectively engage existing customers and attract new customers to purchase supplies from Natus. Team Building and Development: Once the program is established, there will be an opportunity to recruit, train, and mentor a team of virtual inside sales representatives to expand the reach and impact of the supply sales department. Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive long-term loyalty and repeat business. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and provide solutions that drive value for both the customer and Natus. Performance Metrics and KPIs: Establish and track sales metrics and KPIs to monitor performance and progress towards sales targets. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Regularly report on sales performance, market insights, and key achievements to senior management. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with field sales teams to align supply sales strategies with overall sales objectives and customer needs. Collaborate with field technical support to ensure seamless integration of supplies with Natus' products and solutions, providing a superior customer experience. Engage with customer service teams to address customer inquiries, feedback, and issues related to supply sales, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction. Opportunity Identification and Sales Growth: Leverage cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional supplies to existing customers. #J-18808-Ljbffr
