En Vergy estamos buscando un Customer Success Manager, encargado de crear, nutrir y mantener relaciones sólidas y positivas con los miembros de la comunidad energética.¿Cuáles serán tus funciones principales? Desarrollo de proyectos enfocados a mantener la relaciones con los clientes.Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con los miembros de la comunidad, así como con otros actores relevantes en el espacio físico, como empresas locales, organizaciones sin fines de lucro o autoridades gubernamentales.Diseños de campañas de comunicación locales y digitales.Promover la participación de los miembros de la comunidad en eventos, actividades y discusiones relacionadas con el producto o servicio online y offline. Esto puede implicar la creación de workshops, o ayudar a implementar acciones programas de recompensas digital, concursos o incentivos para aumentar la participación.Actuar como el puente entre la comunidad y la empresa, recopilando comentarios, sugerencias y preocupaciones de los miembros de la comunidad y transmitiéndolos al equipo interno para su consideración.Apoyo administrativo.¿Qué buscamos en ti?Se valora experiencia con Hubspot o similar. Creación y análisis de Customer Journey.Que tengas excelentes habilidades de comunicación.Que tengas disponibilidad para viajarQue seas una persona que se adapte y tenga ganas de ir más allá.Que te comuniques bien en inglés (hablar en público, relaciones internacionales...)Que sea una persona empática, creativa y organizada.Que tengas habilidades de Networking.¿Qué ofrecemos?
