- Specific Role Conditions :
- Working shift : 9 : 00 to 18 : 00 - Monday to Friday.
- Hybrid working model after training and adaptation process.
- Permanent contract.
- Starting date : 1st of July.

Key Responsibilities :

- As a competent contact person for our customers, you will take care of all administrative and technical concerns as well as after-sales questions via email, phone and chat.
- You will solve problems and complaints through creativity to offer our customers an excellent service experience.
- You will collaborate with other teams (for example, product, sales and customer experience)

to ensure that we provide the best service to our customers.
- You will store all customer-related data reliably in our systems.
- You will know all our products by heart right down to the last point of the program.
- You will live and apply the project mission - to make healthcare more human.

Requirements :

- You speak German at a native level and can also communicate well in English.
- You enjoy communicating with customers and proactively try to find satisfactory solutions for them.
- You always keep a cool head, even in heated situations.
- You feel comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment and your way of working is characterized by independence and proactivity.
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage.
- Valid EU passport / Working Visa
