El equipo de Vamos.Es, está consiguiendo que tener un coche sea mucho más sencillo, eliminando el mindset tradicional de poseer un coche y sustituyéndolo por tecnología y una experiencia de cliente excepcional bajo la filosofía de pagar únicamente por algo que disfrutas.La posición de Head of Product va a tener un alto componente de estrategia, impactando directamente en negocio y tecnología y tendrás que tomar decisiones en ambos sentidos.Vas a crear la estrategia de producto de la compañía desde -casi- cero a nivel de roadmap, herramientas, equipo y todas esas cosas que van surgiendo cuando nace un producto de software que tú, mejor que nosotros, sabesEl objetivo final es aportar valor a través de la tecnología, ya tienen una propuesta más que consolidada y ahora te toca a ti aterrizar eso en un producto escalable.Trabajarás en su e-commerce que ya funciona, pero quieren escalar al infinito. Estas serán algunas de tus funciones:Definir la estrategia de producto a largo plazo de Vamos en colaboración con los líderes de tecnología y negocio.Contratar y liderar un equipo de producto motivado proporcionando orientación y mentoring en su día a día, así como para su crecimiento profesional.Integrar la investigación y el análisis de mercado en el roadmap de producto para asegurar una clara comprensión de los problemas de los usuarios antes de saltar a las solucionesProporcionar contexto y orientación para capacitar a tu equipo en la apropiación, definición y entrega de su roadmap.Mantenerte up-to-date y contribuir a la comprensión de la posición estratégica y competitiva de Vamos.Obtener un profundo conocimiento de las métricas empresariales clave de Vamos, definir las métricas de rendimiento clave para el equipo de producto y hacer de guía en la creación de resultados clave significativos y procesables trimestralmente.Tu evolución Tu primer díaEn 1 mes Te han recibido con los brazos abiertosHabrás completado tu onboarding, conociendo a los líderes y a los equipos de cada departamento.
