If so, the Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC) and Digital Sales organization is the place for you.As a Digital Account Executive serving the Austrian Market, you will facilitate Microsoft to better serve our SMC-Corporate managed clients to realize their potential and help them on their Digital Transformation journey. In SMC and Digital Sales, we have set out to empower our customers through the unique value of the Microsoft cloud by building a globally led, digital-first scale organization aligned with partners.Dedicated to one of the fastest growing customer segments, the Small, Medium, Corporate (SMC), and Digital Sales organization is on pace to be Microsoft's next $100 billion-dollar business - this is where you come in. As part of local subsidiaries or Digital Sales centers around the world, you will support a dedicated set of customers in identifying and achieving their business objectives through best-in-class digital engagement and partner co-selling.You will also be able to work cross-collaboratively while living our shared SMC and Digital Sales Culture priorities: Diversity and Inclusivity, Well-being, Sustainability, and Learning. Embracing a challenger mindset, the successful Account Executive manages, orchestrates and leads their virtual teams and closes opportunities with customers that produce transformative business outcomes.QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications:Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience with year-over-year growth.Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Marketing (or equivalent) or related field AND sales and negotiation experience or related work experience with year-over-year growth.Fluency in German Language is a requirement.Additional Or Preferred Qualifications:Professional Skills: Strategic thinking & execution. Excellent Communicator.Purposeful Planner & Executor – Delivers business impact with intentional planning, driving clarity to the team with consistent coaching rhythms, removing blockers and ensuring quarterly business budget goals are met.Disciplined Operator – Maintains excellence in pipeline management, forecasting and driving integrated territory and budget achievement planning.#J-18808-Ljbffr
