En este puesto, apoyará y participará en algunos de los proyectos y servicios de uno de nuestros importantes clientes para mantener un riguroso enfoque de soporte a los equipos operativos SOC/CERT del mismo. Buscamos un perfil de una persona dinámica, con altas capacidades de comunicación en entornos complejos, y que sea capaz de gestionar proyectos multidisciplinares, siempre con una visión técnica y de mejora de procesos. Responsabilidades:Establecer un enfoque y una metodología pragmáticos de gestión de alertas e incidentes de seguridad, traduciendo, cuando sea necesario, los requisitos técnicos en procesos y mejoras.Proporcionar orientación sobre la arquitectura de seguridad para los sistemas de respuesta y detección de amenazas utilizados como parte de las operaciones del SOC/CERT.Facilitar reuniones de intercambio técnico para identificar, recopilar y establecer requisitos coordinados con las partes interesadas.Experiencia trabajando en entornos híbridos (multinube, multidominio, privado/público) con cargas de trabajo altamente reguladasRealizar seguimientos de proyectos, identificando claramente la planificación, el seguimiento de tareas, dependencias y riesgos asociados. Cualificaciones:Licenciatura obtenida en universidad acreditada.Experiencia demostrada en procesos y tecnologías de seguridad en el ámbito del SOC/CERT.Mínimo 3+ años de experiencia tanto en el campo de gestión de vulnerabilidades como en un SOC.Capacidad para abordar una amplia gama de temas de seguridad, desde hardware, redes, sistemas, aplicaciones hasta datos y nuevas capacidades digitales.Capacidad para interactuar e influir en los responsables de los clientes, para impulsar el cambio y la mejora continua.Experiencia progresiva en la gestión de múltiples proyectos simultáneamente con excelentes habilidades organizativas, analíticas y de pensamiento crítico.Excelentes habilidades interpersonales con una capacidad demostrada para ganarse la confianza y el respeto de varios niveles. Capacidad para interactuar e influir en los proyectos y servicios asignados.Deseables conocimientos plataformas SIEM (preferiblemente Splunk), EDR (Prefefriblemente Crowstrike)Hoy has conocido algo más sobre nosotrxs y nuestro proyecto en crecimiento.
