In this role, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end improvement of our operations. Customer, Commercial & Supply Chain Ops Process Knowledge: Deep understanding of these processes, encompassing the flow of goods, information, and money across the entire value chain. SAP IBP, PPDS, SD, PP.Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, enabling the identification and resolution of complex process issues and the development of effective improvement strategies.Analytical and Data-Driven Approach: Strong analytical mindset and facility with data analysis techniques, allowing for the interpretation of process data and the formulation of data-driven improvement recommendations.Modeling and Presentation Skills: Strong skills in process modeling (lean six sigma or similar) and presentation, with the ability to clearly communicate process insights and recommendations to a variety of audiences. Change Management and Communication: Excellent change management and communication skills, facilitating effective collaboration with cross-functional teams and ensuring successful implementation of process improvements.Process Mining Expertise: Proven proficiency in process mining methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a demonstrated ability to extract meaningful insights from process data.
