Your Role

As a Supply Chain Transformation Specialist, you'll work on groundbreaking projects in Planning, Operations, Distribution, Customer Engagement, and Transformation. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with customers to unlock their supply chain-wide transformation needs and driving growth, reducing costs, and sparking innovation.
  • Analyzing and optimizing current business processes within supply chains and operations across diverse industries like life sciences, food & beverages, and manufacturing.
  • Facilitating client workshops to uncover their unique needs and supply chain challenges.
  • Strategizing with clarity and gathering essential information with a keen focus on what matters.
  • Co-creating solutions with clients to design innovative new processes and organizational changes.
  • Coordinating implementation and ensuring a smooth and structured transition to the new working method.

Your Profile

We're looking for a strong problem solver with a fast analytical mindset. You should have:

  • A basic understanding of supply chain tools and experience working with an ERP.
  • A passion for supply chain and operations, staying updated on the latest trends and developments.
  • A Master's degree in business or engineering, with an MBA preferred.
  • Fluency in English, our official work language in all of our offices.
