En Cleverals estamos redefiniendo la forma de conseguir oportunidades de negocio en el sector de lead generation; ayudando a los potenciales clientes a tomar decisiones de compra y conectándoles con las marcas más relevantes del mercado tecnológico en diferentes países.
Súmate a una startup tecnológica que ha experimentado un 720% de crecimiento en los últimos 3 años.
Sobre el rol: Diseñarás y ejecutarás estrategias inbound (SEO, marca, contenidos…) para maximizar el volumen de leads cualificados captados de forma orgánica y mejorar la experiencia del usuario en nuestra plataforma.
El candidato ideal tiene experiencia en ejecutar diferentes acciones de captación de leads, un foco en generar ingresos y es capaz de trabajar de forma autónoma.
Principales responsabilidades: Captar nuevas oportunidades de negocio: Desarrollar e implementar una estrategia de captación de leads (SEO, linkbuilding, contenidos, marca, webinars…).
Definir y ser responsable de OKRs ambiciosos y medir el ROI de cada acción.
Implementar secuencias de automatización en el CRM Gestionar stakeholders (redactores, programadores, agencias…).
Priorizar y ejecutar iniciativas para difundir contenidos de alta calidad en otros medios.
Colaborar con otros departamentos para crear estrategias de generación de demanda de mayor valor.
Potenciar SEO: Definir y ejecutar la estrategia SEO on page y off page.
Verificar que los artículos cumplen nuestros estándares de calidad, están actualizados y captan tráfico con interés comercial.
Realizar contenidos para difusión que generen enlaces de calidad de otros sitios web, cuando sea necesario.
Mejorar la experiencia de los usuarios: Garantizar que los usuarios encuentran en nuestro sitio la información que necesitan Definir y ejecutar estrategias para aumentar el NPS de los usuarios Habilidades: Resultados relevantes en crecimiento SEO (+30% YoY).
Conocimiento avanzado de SEO (keyword research, linkbuilding...) y actualizaciones de algoritmos.
Experiencia en creación de landing pages para captación de leads.
Conocimiento general en marketing digital (CRO, UX, analítica).
Dominio de Google Analytics, Tag Manager, WordPress.
Habilidades valorables: Experiencia en captación de leads B2B multicanal (SEO, LinkedIn, CRM...) o en marketplaces.
Experiencia laboral demostrable en industria B2B / SaaS / startup, evidenciado por resultados exitosos de campañas que muestren logros.
Gestión de campañas de CRM (optimización del funnel, nurturing, scoring...).
Capacidad analítica y toma de decisiones basada en datos Historial de crecimiento sustancial, evidenciado por resultados exitosos de campañas y muestras que muestran logros.
Javascript.
Requisitos: Experiencia de al menos 3 años en generación de demanda B2B y en SEO Experiencia en agencia de marketing o SaaS Mantenerse actualizado respecto a los cambios de Google
