Your responsibilities : Provide practical, effective, sound legal advice to the Marketing and Sales department on marketing activities and initiatives, product launches, advertising materials, campaigns, and promotions in the Iberia Region.
Interact with the R&D department and thoroughly advise on product testing protocols and standards.
Advise all Reckitt departments on competition law, commercial law, IP, labour law, data privacy, consumer products regulation, and corporate law.
Implement and manage Reckitt compliance programs, focusing on antitrust, commercial policies (pricing, promotions), Code of Conduct and 231 Organizational Model.
Negotiate and draft commercial, distribution, consultancy, collaboration, and co-promotion contracts meeting Reckitt's business needs and strategies.
Keep updated on legislative changes recommending company adaptation and compliance.
Manage litigations and disputes, including the management of external counsels within the budget constraints.
Provide training to personnel, such as Competition Law, Reckitt's Policies and Procedures, and Compliance.
Perform any other work-related duties and tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
