.We are looking for our new Legal Counsel to help analyze the applicable regulatory framework and provide proactive legal advice focused on the needs of all business areas.
We are constantly transforming the way we work, as well as the products we offer to our clients.
To achieve this goal, the role of Legal Counsel is key to provide legal advice and support in reviewing, drafting, advising, and negotiating all types of legal texts and contracts.Join our team as Legal Counsel, based in our Barcelona and Madrid headquarters, to participate in the exciting journey through the full company lifecycle, supporting the review of internal operational processes.Who are you?

Ensure the legal wellbeing of the organization.Review, draft, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial and operational contracts, including legal documents such as service agreements, insurance agreements, data processing agreements, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.Provide legal and strategic guidance and support to all areas of the company (Network, Sales, HR, GGSS, etc.)
in ad hoc projects or deals.Deal and negotiate with external partners and providers.Ensure that the company keeps abreast of developments from a regulatory and legal perspective on a local and international level.Your Profile Your skills and experience Graduate in law.A Master's degree in insurance law would be an asset.At least 2-3 years of experience in the insurance sector.Fluency in Spanish and English.Interest in the insurance industry and willingness to learn.Excellent active listening skills and ability to work to tight deadlines.About AXA AXA Group is the world leader in insurance and asset management.
