Job DescriptionThis is what you will do As our new Front Office Supervisor, you are responsible for the operational course of events in the department. You work closely with your colleagues and manager, seeking the best efficiency and challenging yourself and others. You will utilize every commercial opportunity and actively propose improvements to results and turnover. You ensure that the quality and service level within the hotel is maintained and optimized. Also:
You coordinate and arrange the reception activities;Manage employees in exchange shifts;Plan efficiently;Coach, guide, and develop the team;Optimize the department and upsell. QualificationsThis is what is required Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management or similar preferred.Experience in Opera, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.1-1.5 years of experience in a similar role within the hotel industry.Strong communication skills.Excellent team player.Service-focused personality; experience is an asset.
