Nuestro cliente es una** empresa multinacional** en fuerte expansión y crecimiento, especializada en proporcionar soluciones de productividad sostenibles.

Para ellos, estamos en la búsqueda de un** SQA TEAM LEAD **que, reportando al director del departamento de Compras, coordinará un equipo de 6 ingenieros de calidad.
El objetivo del área es garantizar que los productos entregados por los proveedores cumplan con las especificaciones del producto, certificar que los proveedores cumplan con las normativas y compromisos adquiridos en contratos, auditar los procesos productivos de los proveedores, identificar riesgos potenciales y realizar el seguimiento de acciones correctivas y preventivas.

**Funciones del puesto**:

- Validar las opciones presentadas por Compras en la fase de prototipos.
- Aprobar las primeras muestras de componentes.
- Revisar y controlar que los productos de los proveedores cumplan con las especificaciones.
- Concienciar sobre el objetivo de "Cero Defectos" a todos los proveedores.
- Liderar el proceso de desarrollo de proveedores.
- Establecer objetivos específicos de calidad de proveedores a corto y largo plazo. Realizar seguimiento y comunicación de KPIs.
- Desarrollar relaciones con proveedores a largo plazo y generar e implantar ideas de reducción de costos.
- Establecer el plan de auditorías de proveedores.
- Auditar los procesos productivos de los proveedores, identificar riesgos potenciales y dar seguimiento a acciones.
- Promover que los proveedores adopten soluciones que mejoren la calidad de sus productos o servicios, reduzcan costos y mejoren los plazos de entrega.
- Controlar el cumplimiento de los requisitos legales establecidos, identificando desviaciones y oportunidades de mejora.
- Comunicar a las partes interesadas los resultados de la evaluación de proveedores y cualquier otra cuestión relevante.

**Requisitos del puesto**:

- Formación en Ingeniería.
- Master en Calidad Industrial u Organización Industrial deseable.
- Idioma inglés, competencia profesional completa.
- Usuario avanzado de Excel y gestión de datos.

**Experiência requerida**:

- Experiência consolidada en calidad.
- Conocimiento de certificación ISO 9001.
- Se valora el conocimiento de procedimientos de Lean Manufacturing y de mejora continua, así como la procedencia del sector del metal.

- Persona resolutiva y ejecutora de planes.
- Altas capacidades comunicativas y negociadoras.
- Alta orientación a la calidad.
- Capacidad de organización y control de acciones.
