Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Support Developer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and development expertise for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications. This role involves troubleshooting issues, developing solutions to enhance system functionality, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and maintenance of D365 CE solutions. This role is on-site. Responsibilities: Technical Support: Provide timely and effective support to end-users by troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Dynamics 365 CE applications. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure D365 CE applications to meet business requirements, including entity customization, workflow automation, and form design. Integration: Collaborate with integration teams to design and implement integrations between D365 CE and other systems using tools such as Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and custom integrations. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and support procedures. Testing and Deployment: Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT) for D365 CE solutions. Assist with deployment activities and ensure smooth transitions to production environments. Training and Knowledge Sharing: Provide training and knowledge transfer to end-users and support teams on D365 CE features, functionality, and best practices. Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies. Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimization. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience in developing and supporting Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform tools including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE customization and configuration, including entity customization, workflows, and form design. Familiarity with integration technologies such as REST APIs, SOAP, and Azure services. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment. Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Microsoft certifications such as MB-200: Microsoft Power Platform + Dynamics 365 Core, MB-400: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer, or equivalent.
