col-wideJob Description:Job Title: Dynamics 365 CE Middleware ConsultantJob Summary:We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CE Middleware Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting middleware solutions to integrate Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) with other systems and applications. This role requires a strong understanding of middleware technologies, data integration principles, and Dynamics 365 CE architecture.Responsibilities:Solution Design:Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business requirements and design middleware solutions to integrate Dynamics 365 CE with third-party systems and applications.Middleware Implementation:Implement middleware solutions using industry-standard middleware platforms such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Integration Services, or custom integration frameworks.Data Integration:Develop data integration solutions to synchronize data between Dynamics 365 CE and external systems, ensuring data integrity and consistency.Custom Development:Develop custom connectors, adapters, and integration components as needed to facilitate seamless data exchange between Dynamics 365 CE and other systems.Configuration and Deployment:Configure and deploy middleware components in both development and production environments, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Testing and Validation:Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing of middleware solutions to ensure functionality meets business requirements and performance benchmarks.Documentation:Create and maintain technical documentation, including integration architecture diagrams, data mapping documents, and deployment guides.Training and Knowledge Transfer:Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams and internal stakeholders on middleware solutions, best practices, and maintenance procedures.Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for middleware solutions, including troubleshooting issues, applying patches and updates, and optimizing performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3+ years of experience in designing and implementing middleware solutions for enterprise applications, preferably with a focus on Dynamics 365 CE.Strong understanding of middleware technologies such as Azure Service Bus, Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, or similar platforms.Proficiency in data integration techniques including ETL (Extract, Transform, Load), message queuing, and API-based integration.Experience with programming languages such as C#, JavaScript, or PowerShell.Familiarity with Dynamics 365 CE architecture, data model, and customization capabilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with clients and cross-functional teams.Preferred Qualifications:Microsoft certifications such as MB-400: Microsoft Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer, AZ-204: Developing Solutions for Microsoft Azure, or equivalent.Experience with agile software development methodologies.Knowledge of cloud computing concepts and technologies, particularly Microsoft Azure.* Must be able to speak both Spanish and English* Must be eligible to work in Spain#J-18808-Ljbffr
