Spanish Payroll, Senior Associate

Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital. After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ('Divested Group'). By applying for this position which will be with the Divested Group company, you understand and agree to the information you submitted for your application with Alight being shared with the Divested Group company. In addition, if you are made an offer of employment, it will be contingent on your undergoing and successfully completing a background check consistent with the Divested Group company employment policies.
Main Responsibilities Independently process Payroll End to End to ensure they are delivered as per the agreed processing calendar(s) and to the agreed KPIs and / or independently perform Data Management or Customer Service activities as per the agreed calendar and KPIsSupport Statutory and Year End Reporting to the agreed calendar(s) and to the agreed KPIsUse Payroll expertise to advise upon client queries / issues and ensure a strong understanding of country specific legislation and tasksSupport and knowledge transfer Apprentices and / or Associates on Data Management or Customer Service activitiesEnsure Tickets and Calls are responded within SLA timescales and to a high standardSupport System Maintenance TestingLiaise and transact with Third PartiesSOC Controls completed on time and with the necessary evidencesSupport and contribute to root cause analysis to ensure details are accurate and that feasible preventative measures are suggested to limit any reoccurrenceConduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and ensure the audience has understood and can put into practiceMaintenance of DWIs to ensure processes are up to date and reflective of the serviceAll system issues / defects are reported correctly and tickets are logged with the necessary details and evidences so Application Services and / or Products can investigateHighlight to Service Manager any deviations from the standard scope of serviceAbility to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential informationTime Recording to be completed accurately and on timeALIGHT Security Standards are adhered and followedContribute to team meetings and raise any issues immediately to your Service ManagerEnsure you are up to date with all ALIGHT HR announcements and communicationsBuild good relationships with all lines of businesses where appropriateUpdate internal stakeholders, when needed, in a timely and accurate wayParticipates in projects and activities as needed and assignedREQUIRED EXPERIENCE Professional / Job Experience Strong knowledge of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPointFlexibility to support a global and fast paced environmentAttention to detailExcellent written and verbal skillsSelf-motivated and a willingness to learnAbility to collaborate and work in a team environment, as well as independently while adhering to processes and proceduresEducation and Training Essential BA / BS in a business-related field such as Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent combination of education & experience2-3 years relevant experience administering Payroll or Health & Welfare / Benefits in an HR consulting, HR Outsourcing or Corporate environment.HRIS knowledge: Workday, SAP, or PeopleSoft knowledge preferredDesirable Experience working with HR and payroll dataWe offer you a competitive total rewards package, continuing education & training, and tremendous potential with a growing worldwide organization.
