OWQLO es una startup que está revolucionando el mundo del deporte con su tecnología. Han creado un servicio digital para que amantes del deporte, organizaciones, padres, madres, tutores, coaches, players e, incluso, los fans puedan acceder y tener, en un mismo sitio, toda la actividad deportiva de la familia, desde competiciones hasta academias y clubes deportivos.
Buscan a alguien que les ayude en el diseño UX/UI de sus productos tecnológicos. Tu principal cometido será colaborar con el equipo para crear un producto centrado en las necesidades de sus usuarios. Owqlo es una herramienta que permite a las organizaciones de deporte recreacional tener las mismas capacidades que tienen los profesionales. Es un sitio de encuentro para distintos públicos aficionados al deporte: padres o madres que quieren hacer seguimiento de las actividades extraescolares de sus hijos/as, clubs locales que gestionan ahí sus entrenamientos e incluso, cuentan con clientes de talla mundial tales como DV7 Soccer Academy (proyecto internacional de academias de fútbol de David Villa), desde 2019 es el proveedor oficial de la Jr. NBA, el Queensboro FC, Campus de nuestro querido José Manuel Calderón, la Pau Gasol Virtual Academy u otros torneos de prestigio como la MAD Cup.
Su herramienta está basada en las premisas inquebrantables de privacidad, respeto y seguridad. Los servicios que puedes encontrar en su aplicación son:
Gestión de equipos, academias y clubs deportivos. Un lugar donde tener a todas las personas que compiten registradas, mostrar notificaciones en tiempo real, días de entrenamiento o noticias interesantes.
Organización de cualquier competición o torneo. Se pueden ver resultados, estadísticas y toda la información sobre las competiciones que más te gustan.
Oferta de programas educativos y eventos en streaming para todos los públicos.
Tu primer día: En 1 mes llegarás con las pilas cargadas para empezar a aprender todo sobre el negocio y conocer el equipo. Realizarás una primera fase de research e investigación, con entrevistas de usuarios, detección de pains, definición de user personas y elaboración de hipótesis. Diseñarás productos digitales, como apps móviles o web. Crearás excelentes flujos de diseño, desde lo-fi a hi-fi, y documentación funcional de esos flujos. Diseñarás prototipos de interacción que sirvan para hacer testing de usuario. Nutrirás y mejorarás el sistema de diseño. Propondrás una mejora continua del producto. Asistirás a reuniones con clientes (podrían ser en inglés). Trabajan con metodología Agile, aplican muchas de las buenas prácticas de Scrum y Kanban. Verás que es un equipo muy horizontal, donde todas las personas tienen voz para opinar sobre lo que se está haciendo. Tienen una jornada laboral flexible.
