UX / UI Senior

**_Job Description: UX/UI Designer (Senior)_**
**Location: Madrid**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and stakeholders, to gather and understand user requirements and business goals.
- Conduct user research and analyse user feedback to identify pain points, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop user personas, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design concepts and interactions.
- Create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces that align with the overall product vision and branding guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs, and provide guidance and support throughout the development process.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the user experience.
- Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and innovation.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a senior role.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- A strong portfolio showcasing a range of UX/UI design projects and demonstrating a user-centered design approach.
- Solid understanding of user research techniques, usability principles, and interaction design best practices.
- Familiarity with frontend development technologies such as React and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with developers.
- Excellent visual design skills with an eye for aesthetics, typography, and layout.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with the ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and engaging designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Excellent English and other languages of benefit (Spanish, German, etc.)
