Formación:

- Titulación de Licenciatura, Grado equivalente u Homologación de títulos. extranjeros de educación superior, así como Máster del Profesorado o Curso de Adaptación Pedagógica (CAP).
- Capacidad de comunicarse en inglés es recomendable, pero no es esencial.

- Haber ocupado anteriormente un puesto de liderazgo.
- Evidencias de elevar los estándares académicos y liderar una mejora escolar exitosa sostenida.

- Conocimiento y experiência en programas del Bachillerato Internacional es recomendable, pero no es esencial.
