This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IT support, systems management, and user troubleshooting while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative environment.What you'll doHere's what you can expect to work on:Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support by diagnosing and resolving internal user issues promptly and effectively.Device Management: Manage and maintain the company's laptop fleet using Intune, ensuring devices are secure, updated, and ready for use.Onboarding Support: Assist in preparing IT equipment and accounts for new employees, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.IT Documentation: Maintain accurate records of support requests, device inventories, and processes for future reference.What we'd love to seeFamiliarity with Google Workspace and Office365 Suite to assist with user account management and productivity tools.Basic proficiency with Bash, PowerShell, and Windows command line tools for troubleshooting and automation.Language Proficiency: Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish to collaborate effectively in our bilingual environment.What we offerA full-time, internship agreement.A cool office between Sants Estació and Plaça Espanya with stunning views of Barcelona.Flexible working hours and hybrid work options.Day off on your birthday.Weekly fresh fruit, coffee, and tea on tap.Friday happy hours after our all-hands meetings (totally optional, of course
