We are seeking a talented and motivated HR Coordinator to join our team in Madrid and support HR operations across 13 countries within our organization. As the HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient HR processes and providing exceptional service to our employees. Otovo will provide you with an unforgettable experience in a dynamic, young and international environment. You will have the opportunity to develop knowledge and experience in different HR areas with a special focus on recruitment and payroll.
Coordinate HR activities and processes for 13 countries, including but not limited to: recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration.Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.Support all countries in preparing the payroll ,in particular salary data.Support our HR Team in Madrid with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating training activities.Assist our Madrid HR Team with offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews.Assist with the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs across the organization.Collaborate with HR colleagues and stakeholders to support HR projects and initiatives as needed.Stay up-to-date with HR best practices, industry trends, and regulatory changes in the countries supported.?
