The Head of IT Service Management will ensure the delivery of a seamless IT service to all users in Galderma. In addition to setting the vision and strategy for IT Service Management, the head will manage and direct the Service Management Team at a global level. The Service Management team is made up of 8 IT Service Managers and other vendors.Key Tasks Be the contact point for stakeholders for IT service improvements and escalations.Provide guidance, leadership, and mentoring to a team of Application Services Managers.Support and develop the technical expertise needed to meet long-term business needs.Ensure balanced Service portfolio management across the team by allocating work to the appropriate team member.Actively drive improvements and efficiencies within the team, introduce a robust SDLC and other best practice processes and ways of working.Liaise with the IT Service Managers to ensure that new team structures are effectively adopted and that Application Support and Development teams work well.Advocate the introduction and use of Service Now, working alongside the IT Service Manager to embed the tool within the development team.Skills & Qualifications Education in Computer Science or equivalent technical career.People management remit in an international setting.Worked in IT Service Management in a corporate setting; pharmaceutical organizations a plus.Solid project management skills, including the ability to influence and speak with all levels of staff.What we offer in return You will be working for an organization that embraces diversity & inclusion and believes we will deliver better outcomes by reflecting the perspectives of our diverse customer base.You will receive a competitive compensation package with a bonus structure and extended benefit package.You will be able to work in a hybrid work culture
