The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Spanish payroll and HR processes, and experience with payroll software implementation and management. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle payroll processing, compliance with local labor laws, and provide HR support.Key Responsibilities Payroll Processing : Accurately process monthly payroll for all employees, including salary calculations, deductions, bonuses, and other compensation elements.Compliance : Ensure payroll processing complies with Spanish labor laws and regulations, including IRPF (Income Tax), Seguridad Social (Social Security), and other statutory requirements.HR Support : Assist with HR functions such as employment contracts, employee records, benefits administration, and leave management.Software Implementation : Setup and manage our internal payroll software, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems.Reporting : Generate and submit required payroll reports to relevant government agencies, including Modelo 111 and 190 declarations.Employee Assistance : Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing and HR in Spain.Proficiency with Spanish payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.Strong understanding of Spanish labor laws and regulations.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, in Spanish and English.Benefits Flexible working hours.Competitive hourly rate.Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing company.Hours 10-15 hours per week
