Ton rôle La team finance s'efforce d'apporter un cadre sûr et flexible pour permettre à nos opérationnels de se focaliser sur la croissance. Cela passe aujourd'hui par une structuration de nos processus et outils de controlling. Directement rattaché au Head of Finance, tu seras l'artisan de cette transformation pour le groupe, et tu prendras directement en charge le controlling du Head-Quarter et des pays européens.
Que vas-tu faire ? • Tu définis et animes le processus budget
• Tu pilotes le processus de clôture mensuelle pour l'Europe et tu améliores et mets en place de nouveaux outils pour nous rendre tous meilleurs
Sur le périmètre Head-Quarter et Europe : • Tu produis mensuellement les management accounts, analyses les KPI clés du business et fais des propositions au Country manager
• Tu pilotes tous les coûts nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'application avec les différentes équipes tech, et proposes des pistes d'optimisation aux Head of Département
• Tu maintiens les risques à un niveau acceptable (contrôle interne, fiscal…), en laissant la plus grande liberté d'action et d'initiative aux teams opérationnelles
• Tu gères tous les événements finance qui sortent du récurrent (audit par les CAC, contrôle fiscal, social, levée de fonds, de dette, CIR…).
Sur le scope des marchés africains : Heetch continue son expansion et sa croissance en Afrique où nous sommes aujourd'hui présents dans 5 pays : l'Algérie, l'Angola, la Côte d'Ivoire, le Mali et le Sénégal
Et ce n'est pas tout En plus de l'activité de ride hailing, nous venons de lancer une nouvelle activité de fintech : FLEETCH . Le concept est simple : permettre à des personnes qui n'ont pas accès aux crédits d'avoir un véhicule et de rouler sur les plateformes de mobilités afin de générer des revenus - autant dire que la composante financière est un pilier dans cette nouvelle activité.
Côté finance, nous voulons accompagner les opérationnels dans notre course vers la croissance en leur fournissant des analyses et des recommandations pertinentes qui les aideront à prendre les bonnes décisions business. Les divers pays sont à différents niveaux de maturités, et il sera important de piloter les enjeux de rentabilité en fonction de cet élément. Cela passe, entre autres, par :
• Un suivi et une analyse de la marge ainsi qu'un pilotage des budgets marketing
Pour le nouveau concept de Fleetch, l'équipe finance contribue à :
• Construire l'activité, notamment à travers un accompagnement dans le suivi des coûts opérationnels de l'activité, et potentiellement dans son financement auprès de banques locales ou internationales.
Tu seras directement rattaché au Head of Finance, tu auras un réel rôle de business partner auprès des opérationnels et tu devras faire preuve d'initiatives pour aider aux bonnes prises de décision.
Qu'attend-on de toi au bout de 3 mois ? • Avoir structuré et outillé les processus de clôture et de budget/prévision chez Heetch
• Avoir mis en place des rituels de controlling avec les plus gros départements du Head Quarter et les entités opérationnelles Europe.
• Avoir établi une relation de confiance avec tes interlocuteurs
Ce poste est fait pour toi si : • Tu as au minimum 5 ans d'expérience en contrôle de gestion ou en cabinet d'audit
• Tu es un bâtisseur : beaucoup de nos processus sont encore à construire
• Tu parles français et anglais couramment.
