Tu misión será desarrollar modelos matemáticos / estadísticos con el objetivo de predecir el comportamiento de los clientes, aplicar y actualizar las políticas y reglas de riesgo de crédito y comprender los resultados actuales y tendencias futuras.Entre tus funciones y responsabilidades:Liderar los proyectos enfocados al desarrollo/construcción de modelos de score.Analizar los modelos de score existentes para su actualización y mejora.Desarrollar y actualizar el seguimiento de los modelos de Score con el objetivo de emitir una valoración de los mismos.Asesorar a la empresa en relación a la visión de riesgo preventivo del cliente con la finalidad de mejorar los procesos, la productividad y/o la maximización de la consecución de los objetivos de negocio.Marco de reporting a la alta dirección.Seguimiento del plan de negocio, reportando cualquier desvío significativo y proponiendo las medidas correctivas necesarias.Mantenerse actualizado/a sobre best practices en su ámbito de expertise.Participar en proyectos transversales de Cofidis y del Grupo.¿Qué estamos buscando?Buscamos a un/a profesional con capacidad de análisis, iniciativa y proactividad para impulsar la mejora continua, capacidad de decisión, flexibilidad y adaptación a los cambios.Experiencia y conocimientosFormación requerida: Graduado/a en Estadística, Matemáticas, Economía/ADE o Ingenierías.Experiencia en la construcción / desarrollo de modelos de Score.Muy valorable experiencia en sector Banca / FinTech.Competencias técnicas: Excel avanzado, SAS avanzado y R (no obligatorio aunque deseable).Idiomas: Inglés equivalente a First Certificate.
