With us, you can be part of an international service network that offers you flexible and mobile working.As an IT Consultant (m/w/d) for Processes and Internal Tools within GBS H2R DPS, you can improve and coach DPS members in compliant IT processes. You are the single point of contact for the relevant process topics.In general, we expect you to have profound knowledge with 5+ years of experience in the following IT process and compliance topics:Disaster Recovery ManagementBusiness Continuity Management (ISO 22301)Information Security (ISO 27001)IT Compliance & Risk ManagementIT Service Management & IT Change ManagementAdditionally, you should have:Academic degree related to Information Technology / Business / EconomicsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changePassion to bring value add to customers and provide excellent serviceWorking together with DPS members will comprise:You are responsible for ensuring Process adherence.You are the SPOC for relevant process topics (see above) within the DPS organization.You are responsible for finding opportunities for continuous process improvement.Prepare and execute trainings for our DPS community on all process relevant topics.SPECIFIC SKILLSProfound knowledge within the cyber security framework and requirements (of Siemens)Profound knowledge in Incident and Change Management Processes in an IT environmentProfound knowledge in scrum and agile methodology (e.G. Kanban)Advanced knowledge in the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)Result-oriented and independent way of workingExperience in analyzing complex system issues and executing necessary solution approaches by ensuring process compliance.Language: Professional Business English (must have), German (nice to have)Diversity at Siemens is our source of creativity and innovation.
