About seQuraseQura provides innovative, flexible and easy-to-use payment technologies that help merchants acquire, convert and retain more customers.We make a difference in sales performance by tailoring our solutions to different sectors, to address their unique pain points and deliver superior results in Retail, Education (EduQa), Optics (OptiQa), Repairs and Travel.We also empower smart shopping to consumers who seek more value, convenience, and flexibility in their shopping, with new payment experiences that allow them to save, access interest-free credit, or pay in small, comfortable installments of up to 24 months.Born in Barcelona, seQura is a privately-owned fintech, currently expanding throughout southern Europe and Latin America, growing above 50% CAGR and approaching 100 Million in Annual Recurring Revenue.Over 5000 businesses, almost 2 million shoppers, and almost 400 employees continue to rate us as one of the most loved and trusted fintechs out there, with an NPS of 87%, a Trustpilot rating of 4.7/5, and a Glassdoor rating of 4.7/5.About the roleAs a Creative Lead you will be responsible for crafting compelling, platform-specific campaigns that resonate with target audiences, collaborating closely with the design and performance teams to bring creative ideas to life, and analyzing metrics across channels to continually refine strategies for maximum impact.Working with the Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity, overseeing the development and execution of seQura's brand guidelines, ensuring visual and voice consistency and alignment across all departments and external communications.What challenges you'll be solvingParticipate and add value in marketing strategies, brand identity and strategic positioning.You will be responsible for ensuring that communication is consistent, adheres to the brand's values, tone, and personality.You will work with the performance team to create campaigns that reflect the interests of both B2B and B2C consumers, all across the funnel, from top to bottom.You will help define the KPIs for campaigns and work alongside the marketing team to monitor and optimize content as needed, ensuring a continuous improvement process.You will be responsible for monitoring competitors and trends to maintain relevant and innovative creativity.You will need to gather consumer insights that help create relevant communication.Creative Development StorytellingLead end-to-end creative processes, including research, strategy, briefing, concept development, and writing to ensure consistent daily delivery.Craft compelling, culturally relevant storytelling concepts that drive key performance metrics while maintaining high creative standards.Collaborate with design to produce optimized assets tailored for each channel.Bring fresh, innovative ideas, angles, and concepts to the table, consistently driving creative momentum for seQura, and our merchants.Leverage data-driven insights to pinpoint growth opportunities, refine strategy, and inform creative direction.Act as the bridge between brand and performance marketing, integrating brand identity into performance-driven creative that meets strategic goals.Oversee the entire creative process from ideation through execution, ensuring timely delivery of all assets.Coordinate with internal teams and freelancers to manage schedules, resources, and production timelines.Ensure all creative assets align with project scope, objectives, and brand standards.What we offerWe have a strong and sustainable foundation, where we provide a secure and reliable workplace.
