Candidata / o ideal
  • Capacidad para generar ideas innovadoras, especialmente en contenido digital y redes sociales.
  • Experiencia en conceptualización y producción de vídeos; conocimientos en Adobe Suite, con énfasis en After Effects.
  • Dominio de plataformas como Instagram, TikTok y Facebook, con experiencia en gestión de contenido.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo, colaborando con equipos creativos y de atención al cliente.
  • Adaptabilidad para gestionar múltiples tareas en un entorno dinámico.
  • Confianza en la participación en presentaciones y pitches, transmitiendo ideas a clientes y equipos internos.
  • Licenciatura en Diseño Gráfico, Marketing, Comunicación o un campo relacionado.
  • Más de 4 años de experiencia como diseñador senior o junior art director trabajando con marcas globales.
Funciones y responsabilidades
  • Participar en sesiones de briefing con clientes junto al equipo de servicio al cliente, aportando ideas creativas en tiempo real.
  • Gestionar solicitudes creativas en vivo para redes sociales, asegurando que el contenido cumpla con las expectativas de marca y plataforma.
  • Conceptualizar y producir vídeos creativos y atractivos, colaborando con los estudios de producción para garantizar resultados de calidad.
  • Contribuir a propuestas para clientes con ideas innovadoras que reflejen el valor de nuestras soluciones creativas.
  • Responder a solicitudes de clientes, desde ideas de campañas hasta ajustes de contenido, asegurando una experiencia fluida.
