Desde Luxe Talent buscamos un/a Key Strategic Accounts Trade Marketing Manager para unirse a una empresa líder global en la industria de moda y calzado, con sede en Madrid.
Descripción del Puesto: Como Key Strategic Accounts Trade Marketing Manager , serás un miembro clave en la organización, colaborando con el Key Strategic Accounts Sales Manager y clientes estratégicos para desarrollar e implementar estrategias de ejecución comercial alineadas con los objetivos de la marca.
El rol se centrará en liderar campañas de marketing 360º, gestionando presupuestos, y utilizando datos de ventas e insights de consumidores para impulsar la presencia de la marca y aumentar las ventas.
Ser el punto de referencia para el Key Accounts Sales Manager y los equipos de marketing de cuentas clave para desarrollar y ejecutar planes de marketing 360, alineados con la estrategia de marca y objetivos de ventas.
Desarrollar soluciones estratégicas con cuentas clave para aumentar las ventas y la relevancia de la marca en los puntos de distribución.
Colaborar con el equipo de marca para liderar campañas integradas que incluyan POPs en tiendas, promociones, eventos, campañas digitales y en redes sociales.
Crear estrategias que aseguren una ejecución perfecta en los puntos de venta, desde la disponibilidad de productos, planes de visual merchandising, hasta materiales de marketing en tienda.
Gestionar y organizar formaciones en tienda, actuando como embajador/a de la marca para asegurar la correcta implementación de las estrategias.
Supervisar los presupuestos de trade marketing de cuentas clave, maximizando el retorno de inversión.
Analizar la efectividad de las campañas de trade marketing (ROI) y proporcionar informes regulares para optimizar futuras iniciativas.
Realizar análisis durante la temporada de sell-out y proponer estrategias de optimización.
Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias del mercado y comportamientos de los consumidores, así como identificar áreas de crecimiento y oportunidades dentro del sector de la distribución.
Requisitos del Puesto: Experiencia demostrable de más de 8 años en roles similares dentro de la industria de la moda o el calzado.
Habilidades de pensamiento estratégico, gestión de proyectos y planificación.
Capacidad analítica para evaluar el rendimiento de campañas y tomar decisiones basadas en datos.
Creatividad para desarrollar campañas de marketing innovadoras y atractivas.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación e interpersonales para construir relaciones con equipos internos y externos de alto nivel.
Capacidad de liderazgo para gestionar equipos y proyectos complejos.
Dominio del inglés.
Disponibilidad para viajar regularmente.
