Imprescindible conocer el sector de la educación, preferiblemente no reglada.En KidsUs, nos comprometemos diariamente con pasión a cambiar el panorama de la educación del idioma inglés, construyendo un mundo lleno de experiencias educativas de impacto.Estamos buscando un/a School Director para nuestra escuela en Carabanchel (Madrid).Como School Director, te daremos todas las herramientas de formación necesarias para desarrollar aún más tus habilidades en ventas, gestión académica y del personal, servicio al cliente y aspectos económicos.Serás responsable de:Supervisar todas las operaciones diarias y gestionar a 360° el centro en KidsUs, tanto desde un punto de vista comercial como académico.Trabajar en la correcta aplicación de nuestra metodología y garantizar el aprendizaje de los alumnos a través de su seguimiento e interacción con las familias.Organizar, apoyar, coordinar y hacer seguimiento permanente del equipo de profesorado, proporcionando las herramientas, la información y los materiales necesarios.
Así como llevar las cuestiones operativas de reuniones, gestión de aulas y horarios.Aumentar los clientes a través de la implementación de estrategias de venta específicas, monitoreando con frecuencia nuestros KPI de venta.Dar la bienvenida a los clientes y construir relaciones con los padres y madres, así como realizar actividades de asesoramiento y fidelización del cliente y actividades que involucren a las familias.¿Qué aptitudes y actitudes buscamos?Experiencia previa en el ámbito de la educación imprescindible, comercial o retail como asesor comercial, director de ventas, responsable de equipo, director o adjunto de tienda.Excelentes habilidades en el asesoramiento al cliente y en la construcción de relaciones comerciales.Capacidad para planificar actividades.Capacidad para gestionar y motivar al equipo de profesores.Nivel mínimo C1-C2 de inglés.Eficacia en la resolución de imprevistos de forma rápida y efectiva.Habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación efectiva.Organización y planificación.
Capacidad de establecer prioridades y cumplir con plazos.Orientación a las familias: debe ser capaz de mantener una excelente relación tanto con el alumnado como con las familias.
