As a Commercial Asset Manager, you will focus on the balance between risk, cost and performance, managing key commercial relationships with renewable energy stakeholders across local and global markets. You will be the point of contact for the Operation's Team, coordinating the inputs of all the functions, analysing and mitigating the project's risks, and assuring its effectiveness through the achievement of relevant industry standards.
In your first few weeks in this Commercial Asset Manager role, you can expect to: Be accountable for the Business Cases and for investment decisions related to the asset Coordinate necessary inputs for the financial model to be delivered on time and aligned with the project particularities Contribute to develop policies, processes, and procedures to ensure relevant procedural/legislative and contract requirements are fulfilled Review policies and make recommendations for potential adjustments Manage day-to-day operations of the Asset Management organisation achieving high performance standards Maximise total return for each asset through analysis of efficiency and identifying opportunities for further improvement To apply for this (CoAM) Commercial Asset Manager role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include: Ability to create, control and maintain operating budgets Ability to deal with finance to improve financial performance and define financial risks Knowledge of PPA structures and experience in PPA negotiation & PPA regulated schemes Knowledge of the Electricity market and grid regulation.
