¿A quién estamos buscando?
La persona seleccionada, deberá aportar estudios universitarios en ADE, Económicas, Marketing, Ingeniería Industrial que haya tenido la oportunidad de desarrollar su carrera en puesto de Account Manager / Senior Account Executive en entorno B2B2C y/o B2B.
Además de experiência en la definición operativa del cierre de oportunidades de negocio y su implicación a nível tecnológico.
También, será muy tenida en cuenta la experiência en sector Seguros/ Insurtech.
¿Qué tendrás que hacer?
El perfil Senior Account Executive New Business estará dentro del área de Partnerships Estratégicos que reportando al director del departamento de Partnerships proporcione soporte en el desarrollo y operativa del negocio de los acuerdos estratégicos nuevos y existentes, con una visión holística (comercial, tecnológica, legal y operativa), para la nueva oferta digital de la compañía (insurtech ingood by Reale) y para la oferta tradicional.
Algunas de las funciones más específicas del perfil Senior Account Executive New Business

Expansión de negocio a través de prospecting de partners relevantes para la oferta actual y la oferta futura, tanto digital como tradicional, a través de canales offline y online bajo un punto de vista estratégico y rentable para la compañía.
Apoyar el proceso de negociación, diseñando junto a la dirección del departamento, la oferta de valor adecuada a cada partner y cuantificando el retorno de la relación comercial.
Colaborar con el equipo de producto para adecuar la propuesta de valor al partnership según las características del cliente, los procesos existentes y la información disponible.
Liderar la coordinación de los diferentes departamentos para el aterrizaje de los acuerdos de partnership en los aspectos legales, compliance, y contabilidad, y para los procesos de postventa relacionados con contabilidad, recibos y pago de comisiones.
Liderar y desarrollar la operativa para la correcta integración del seguro en los journeys de los partners, a nível de proceso y tech, asegurando su éxito en tiempo y forma.
Seguimiento KPIs de los partners (Ratios de conversión, clientes, comisiones, atribución) diseñando y optimizando los cuadros de mando para su comunicación, seguimiento y potenciación del negocio.
Potenciando las relaciones comerciales con los partners a través del seguimiento comercial periódico y de la detección e implementación de optimizaciones que mejoren los resultados de negocio.
Identificación y diseño de nuevas soluciones para aumentar las ventas en los puntos de venta a través de campañas de incentivación comercial a los partners.
