Job Description Assist Server in providing an exceptional experience to our guests and assist in all aspects of breakfast and lunch service. Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas and equipment. Restocking the service areas with condiments, plates, glasses, and other items needed to ensure smooth running of the dining room.
Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceAssist servers with food delivery, clearing tables, and setting up tablesAssist guests with queriesAttend to buffet itemsReplenish items and guest amenitiesRestock and maintain inventory levels of all productsEnsure overall cleanliness of the restaurant at all timesFollow restaurant policies, procedures and service standardsHave full knowledge of beverage lists, promotions, menu items, contents, and preparation methodsFollow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beveragesMay have to assist In-Room Dining teamMaintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standardsMaintain complete knowledge of correct maintenance and use of equipment.
