The Global Program Manager works directly with customer business...The Global Program Manager, Digital Solution (DS) is responsible for theend to end delivery of DS cross functional programs for new and existingcustomers. The Global Program Manager works directly with customer businessand internal Iron Mountain teams to implement business process managementsolutions. The Program Manager is responsible for working closely withmultiple regional Project/Program Managers and DS Technical ImplementationManagers, Sales Organization, Field Operations, DS Management/leadership,and Account Management to coordinate and oversee large scale, multi-regionprojects that involve delivery by multiple work streams.Key accountabilitiesResponsible for leading implementation programs of highly complex,multi-service line, enterprise level solutions for DS customers globally.Manages a matrixed project team inclusive of subordinate regionalprogram and project managers responsible for delivery of comprehensivecustomer programs including DS implementation, evolving products, ITinfrastructure, real estate, HR, security, and finance. Works directly with customer project management and project resources,provides direction to cross-functional workstream leads, and works withinternal and customer stakeholders to meet performance requirements andcustomer expectations.Is the primary, day to day, central point of contact for customer andinternal resources to provide continuity in messaging, scope, schedule,risks, and performance reporting. Navigates both internally and externally within the organizations toaccess resources and build consensus regarding strategy and direction ofthe project. Capable of interfacing and managing customer relationships atthe VP and above level.Creates and manages the program-level schedule by integratingindividual workstream schedules and customer schedules into an overallplan. Manages the identification and coordination of dependent tasks andconflicting priorities.Develops and manages weekly status reports and issue logs. Utilizesreporting tools to measure and communicate progress, quality, andcompliance.Manages customers through a system Change Control process includinglevel of effort analysis and change implementation.Ensures internal stakeholder requirements are met includingperformance, quality, and financial goals. Hosts and leads project level and steering level meetings with internaland customer teams, including executive level stakeholders, to assist withopen communications and project progress.Analyzes and resolves issues. Escalates issues to senior managementwhen required
